Produce fresh and delicious Italian food in just 30 minutes at La Cucina Caldesi. Recipes include a selection of Italian starters, risotto, fresh pasta sauces, supper dishes and desserts, such as torta caprese (a melt-in-the-mouth almond and chocolate tart). After meeting fellow students over coffee and biscotti, the instructor introduces the menu before everyone gets cooking. Ingredients are already helpfully laid out, ready to use and the flexible format of the class makes life easy. Enjoy the spoils as everyone sits down to devour the delicious meals created, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine.

Minimum age is 16 (or 14 if accompanied by a participating adult aged 18 or over) with no cooking experience necessary. The kitchens welcome disabled participants and offer full wheelchair access. - Duration
Preparation and cooking will last for around two and a half hours. Expect to be at the venue for around four hours in total. - Numbers on the Day
Share one of two group dining tables, with a maximum of 16 participants, plus the chef and assistant. - Dress Code
Aprons are provided. The restaurant and bar have a smart casual dress code, no trainers please. - Other Info
