Master the art of chopping, slicing, dicing and filleting with Cookery School’s Slice and Dice – Knife Skills class. Using the professional Wusthof knife, try out all the tricks of the trade. Cook a range of dishes which require substantial knife work, such as minestrone with hand-chopped pesto; organic beef burger and grilled catch of the day. Learn to prepare caramelised orange and apple cake. By the end of the session, wield the knife like an expert, having nailed filleting, dicing, coring and slicing. The experience begins with a hearty Cookery School breakfast and ends with a feast, giving students the chance to sample their creations. The Wusthof knife is available to purchase on the day.

Participant Guidelines Minimum age is 16.

Numbers on the Day There will be one seasoned chef for every ten participants.
Dress Code Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
