Build and develop your skills in the kitchen with a half-day cookery class for one person at the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking. You’ll be learning from fantastic professional chefs who will teach you through a combination of demonstrations, hands-on cooking and practical tips and tricks. Over the course of the three-hour class, you’ll discover the cuisines of Italy, France, India or Spain, or you’ll focus on a specific dish such as bread, sushi or bao for an in-depth masterclass – whichever theme you pick, it’s sure to be a fun way to learn something new. Enjoy refreshments throughout and don’t forget to explore the cookbook library. Before you leave, dine on your creations with the rest of the class or take them home along with a wallet filled with recipes to try out in your own kitchen.

Available on selected dates, year round. Choose either a morning or afternoon class. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 16 years. This class is suitable for all abilities. Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. - Duration
Please allow up to four hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception. - Dress Code
