    • Availability Description
      Expect to receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. These experiences can be used on the same or on different days. Mr White’s by Marco Pierre White is available Sunday–Friday, year round, excluding Valentine’s Day, 3rd December–1st January, Mother’s Day and bank holidays. This meal is available at 12pm–9pm. The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience is available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding bank holidays. Please book at least six weeks in advance. All dates are subject to availability.
    • Participant Guidelines
      Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+). There might be a possibility that visitors will be asked for ID, so please have this available. Participants must be 1.2 metres or taller. Please contact the supplier about any disabilities or injuries to discuss eligibility. Unfortunately, pregnant women can’t take part. Anyone under the influence will not be allowed to participate.
    • Duration
      The experience lasts approximately 70 minutes, including the safety briefing. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on the ticket.
    • Dress Code
      Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes, no high heels or open-toed sandals.
    • Other Info
      All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Parties of less than eight people may be placed with other participants to go through the maze as a group.
