Known as home to Wales’s tallest mountain, Snowdonia National Park is also the home of amazing myths, legends and giants! Hop into a Robinson R44 or a Jet Ranger Bell 206 helicopter and fly over some fascinating sites, starting at the Riverside Inn at Bettws y Coed. Go over Chapel Garmon, a Neolithic burial site, then onto Fairy Glen, a scenic gorge rumoured to shelter the mystical creatures it’s named for. Pass over Conwy Falls, where ladders are installed to help salmon migrate, and fly over the stunning castles of Dolwyddelan. Go north over Capel Curig, famed for its natural beauty, before returning over Llanrwst, home to giant Ifan Groch, and pass over Swallow Falls, Wales’s highest continual waterfall, before landing. Magical.

Flights take place one weekend date per month from March – October. - Participant Guidelines
Min age five, max weight 17 stone and anyone unders 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disabled passengers are welcome, with carers. All passengers must purchase a seat on the flight. - Weather
This is a weather dependent activity, mainly due to wind speeds and cloud base above the ground. It is crucial to call the venue before setting out to check conditions. If the flight is cancelled, it can be re-booked directly with the venue. - Duration
Expect to be at the venue for about one hour, including a safety briefing and a flight time of 12 – 15 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start. - Numbers on the Day
Share the helicopter with up to three other sightseeing enthusiasts. - Dress Code
Please bear in mind that inside the helicopter can get quite warm. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. - Other Info
