Then it’s time to roll up sleeves and learn new techniques and recipes, beginning with an introduction to bread making. Create tasty meze, gorgeous cakes, delicately-flavoured ice cream, traditional lamb tagine and much more. When the class ends, enjoy the fruits of your labour along with specially matched wines, then finish off with biscuits, tea and coffee.
