Head to the friendly and quirky gin room for an entertaining and educational gin making class for two, lasting two and a half hours. During the class, participants will discover the art of gin making, trying their hand at making their own artisan gin blend ready to decant into a 350ml bottle to take home. Find out how botanicals are used to add flavour, sampling four examples of different popular gin styles. They’ll learn all about gin’s history and its recent renaissance, plus they’ll enjoy three delicious gin and tonics, including one made with their very own gin. If gin and tonic isn’t their tipple of choice, they can order their own recipe to be made on demand by the experts. What could be better?
