An ancient and immensely satisfying skill, bread making is the perfect foundation for any budding baker. Discover a range of flavours from Shipton Mill and learn how to use both fresh and dried yeast. Receive tuition in making rustic white rolls, Italian focaccia, traditional challah bread and more. There’s plenty of sweet stuff to discover to: learn how to bake mouth-watering cinnamon rolls and Chelsea buns. The aroma alone is to die for! All ingredients are high quality, sustainably sourced, and, where possible, organic. Leave the school with a bag of dough to bake at home as well as a pack of recipes.
