Become a brewer for the day at Wibblers Brewery, an award-winning beer producer based in rural Essex. Go behind the scenes of this working brewery and learn all about the fascinating and intricate beer production process. With the guidance of a seasoned brewer, even before your big day, plan out recipe details which will make your beer personal and unique. Then join in by getting stuck into the creative process, assisting with important duties like hot liquor treatment, mashing in, hop additions, yeast viability testing and, most importantly, sampling ales from the Taproom bar. Breakfast and a pub lunch are provided to keep up energy levels topped up. Two weeks after the experience, a 34 pint poly pin of your beer will be ready to take home.
