Take the opportunity to master butchery with a masterclass for two at Gordon Ramsay’s Bar and Grill. Based in the upmarket Mayfair area, this is the ideal class for any meat lovers, covering the process of meat from field to final Cut making it the perfect way to learn about all things meat. Begin with a tea or coffee on arrival and an overview of butchery before learning the necessary skills including cutting down ribs into individual bones, French trimming a cote de boeuf, and how to perfectly joint a chicken. You’ll also be taught some cookery skills including how best to cook and rest meat as well as creating your own chimichurri and mustard. End with an iconic bar and grill beef tartare with a glass of wine, as well as the chicken that you jointed. Take away a Côte de boeuf as well as some recipe cards to recreate what you have learnt at home.
