Visit some of England’s finest vineyards to learn how English wine is made. Hear how the grape varieties are selected, how vines are managed and be personally guided around the vineyard. It’s a wonderful opportunity to understand the many production processes of sparking and still wines. There is a practical side to the experience too as guests are invited to take part in tasting some of the wines produced and as a memento at the end, some venues even offer a take home bottle of wine as a gift from the vineyard.
