Thanks to high demand from its students, Cookery School now offers a gluten free class. It teaches how to make delicious dishes without any gluten that don’t compromise on flavour. The day begins with a hearty welcome breakfast. Then it’s time to don an apron and learn how to create a host of tasty meals such as cheese souffle, mushroom ragout, pizza, fishcakes and more besides. There’ll be plenty of time devoted to desserts too: discover how to make chestnut cake, upside down berry cupcake and chocolate sponge cake with whipped cream and sour cherries. At the end, enjoy all these along with matched organic wines. Cookery School is the only school of its kind in London to have been awarded the maximum three SRA stars for sustainability.

Participant Guidelines Minimum age is 16.
Duration Lasts around five hours.
Numbers on the Day There will be one seasoned chef for every ten baking enthusiasts.
Dress Code Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
Other Info All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please note that, whilst most ingredients used are gluten free, a few ingredients may contain traces of gluten. This is not a gluten free kitchen so this course may not be suitable for people with severe coeliac disease.
