Love thrills and adventure? Try a unique hydrospeeding activity at Lee Valley White Water Centre. Located in Hertfordshire, this venue was host to some of the events for the London 2012 Olympic Games, making it the perfect place to enjoy this exciting activity. Grab a fellow thrill-seeker and hit the rapids for a 90-minute adventure. Described as a cross between a float and bodyboard, a hydrospeed is a unique piece of equipment to tackle the rapids on. Get kitted up and listen in for a briefing with an instructor, then head to the Legacy Loop for a short in-water assessment. Learn basic skills and get to grips with the hydrospeed before tackling the rapids!
