Experience being a zookeeper with a chance to interact with all kinds of amazing animals and learn about their lives. Seize the opportunity to find out just what it would be like with the junior zoo keeper experience. Spend a morning at Millets Falconry Centre, interacting with some of the exotic creatures who live there, such as meerkats, skunks, ferrets, reptiles and many more. There are over 100 animals to discover, including more than 90 birds of prey. Take part in a truly hands-on experience and benefit from the knowledge of the friendly falconry staff. The centre is the winner of a Living In Oxford Award and also boasts a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence.

Available on the first and third Saturday of each month, excluding January and selected weekdays during school holidays. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 8 years. Maximum age: 14 years. Guests are welcomed under supervision of an adult. Entry for one adult spectator is included. This experience is not wheelchair accessible. - Weather
In the event of extreme weather, all experiences will be postponed. - Duration
Expect to spend a minimum of three hours as a zoo keeper. Experience starts at 9am. All-day entry to the centre is included in this experience. - Numbers on the Day
Additional spectators are allowed with a limit of one per participant, in addition to the included spectating adult, subject to a £20 fee payable on the day. - Dress Code
Please dress according to the weather. Avoid shorts and open-toe shoes. - Other Info
