Afternoon tea is an English institution and Alexander House provides a most fitting setting in which to relax and indulge in this rather refreshing tradition. Take a seat in one of Alexander House’s extravagant lounges (or sit outside on the terrace in fine weather) and treat yourselves to a fresh spread of homemade scones with jam and clotted cream, a selection of tasty sandwiches, home baked pastries, farmhouse cakes and last but certainly not least, a choice of refreshing loose leaf teas from around the world. Monday to Thursday between 1pm-5pm, excluding Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and school holidays. Weekend bookings are subject to availability and a supplementary fee of £3. - Participant Guidelines
