Stand-up paddleboarding is fun, a great work out and a unique way to enjoy the natural surroundings of the River Thames. The SUP Life, based between Henley-on-Thames and Oxford, runs stand-up paddleboarding lessons led by BSUPA-certified instructors. Whether it’s to start a new hobby or to improve existing skills, a private, one-on-one session is a fantastic way to learn. After a safety briefing and introduction, get comfortable on the board and learn how to paddle, steer and balance. Enjoy undivided attention from the expert during the session. Participants will be confident on the board in no time!

This voucher is valid for one person. Available week round, year round. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Participants under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participants must be physically able to participate and comfortable in and around water (it is helpful to be able to swim 25 metres but not necessary). All participants must fill out a health declaration form prior to activity. - Weather
Bookings may be cancelled and rescheduled if there are adverse weather conditions. - Dress Code
Dress appropriately for the weather and bring water and sun cream. - Other Info
