Learn how to cook fabulous Italian food in 30 minutes at La Cucina Caldesi. Recipes include a selection of Italian starters, risotto, fresh pasta sauces, supper dishes and fabulous desserts, such as ‘torta caprese’ (an almond and chocolate tart which tastes as though you’ve slaved over it for hours!). After meeting your fellow students over coffee and biscotti, your instructor will introduce the menu. Then it’s time to cook! The ingredients for each recipe will be laid out ready to use, and the flexible format of the class provides plenty of opportunity to get involved. Finally, you can relax and enjoy the delicious meal you have created, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine, in the company of your teacher and fellow students. Buon appetito!
