Take your first steps into scuba diving in a swimming pool in Hampshire. Start with a safety briefing and some expert scuba advice on underwater mobility techniques, introducing you to a new underwater world. Once in the water, learn together how to breathe, achieve underwater buoyancy and get used to the scuba equipment. Hampshire courses take place under controlled conditions – and while it might seem far away from a warm, tropical ocean, it’s a great way to get a basic grounding in diving and find out whether you like it. Also perfect for anyone considering taking a PADI Open Water Diving Course.
