In a Nutshell
- 24km South Wales march
- Climb and descent Pen y Fan
- Ascend up Jacob’s Ladder
Take on the infamous 50 year old trial used in the very selection process for the SAS with a 24km march for two. Taking place in the scenic Brecon Beacons in South Wales, this challenge will involve firstly taking on the staggering 2900ft tall Pen y Fan, before taking on an equally difficult descent. The finale will include a challenging march up Jacob’s Ladder. All victors will also receive a custom Fan Dance medal and certificate as a mark of achievement.

Your recommended to do a mix of cardio and circuit training as well as getting yourself out on the hills with your kit to ensure you’re prepared for your event. - Weather
