Led by professional chefs, this masterclass provides foodies with all the skills they’ll need to master the art of cooking a delicious steak. Learn all about the different cuts of meat, how to prepare and cook them, and what flavour pairings will best bring out the succulent flavours. From medium to rare, learn the confidence to cook your dream steak. During your class you’ll have refreshments to enjoy, and you can even dine on your creations, complete with sauces, sides and a drink, with the rest of the class, or take them home if you prefer, with a wallet of all the recipes.
