Combine a surfing lesson for two in Bournemouth with an overnight hotel stay. Start on dry land as the qualified instructor goes over the surfing basics. Be taught to paddle, handle the board and go from lying to standing before riding the waves like a pro. After surfing, head to the stunning Cottonwood Boutique Hotel, located on a clifftop – the perfect location for a coastal break. Spend the night in an en suite double or twin room with a complimentary bottle of wine, then a full English breakfast. Explore the local area and vast natural beauty. Stay during January – March and October – December. Choose which experience to do first or enjoy them on different days.

Surfing takes place daily throughout the year, except Mondays during winter. The hotel can be booked Monday to Friday, excluding July, August, all bank holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and the Christmas and New Year periods. - Participant Guidelines
Guests aged 18 or over are welcome and must be able to swim a minimum of 50 metres unaided, possess a reasonable level of fitness and declare any medical conditions prior to booking. - Duration
Lessons for surfing start at 10am or 2pm and last around two hours. The stay is for one night. Check in after 2pm. Check out before 11am. - Dress Code
All specialist surfing equipment is provided, but please bring swimwear and a towel. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. This is the only Surfing GB (SGB) Centre of Excellence based on the south coast and all tutors are ISA Accredited Surf Instructors. Cottonwood Boutique Hotel offers free parking.
