Availability Description This voucher is valid for two people. Available Monday–Friday, year round. All dates are subject to availability.
Participant Guidelines Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+). ID may be requested for those who look under 18. Participants must be 3’9″ or taller. Please contact The Crystal Maze Experience about a disability or an injury to discuss eligibility. Unfortunately, pregnant women can’t take part in this experience. Anyone under the influence will not be allowed to take part.
Duration The experience lasts for approximately 70 minutes, including the safety briefing. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on the ticket.
Dress Code Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes – no high heels or open-toed sandals.
Other Info All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. A group of less than eight will have to be paired with another group to create a group of eight.
