For up and coming falconers, it doesn’t get much better than this. Meet a host of majestic eagles and more with this fun-filled experience in Bedfordshire. Begin with a coffee and talking through the itinerary with a resident falconer – then the fun can really begin. Enjoy a guided tour of the falconry centre with a small bird of prey on your glove and meet a few of the smaller residents to gain some familiarity and confidence. Next, it’s time to greet the big guys – Bald Eagles, White Tailed Sea Eagles, African Fish Eagles, Blue Chilean Eagles and Steppe Eagles among others. Handle and free fly one of these magnificent creatures within the arena. A fun, educational and essential for anyone with a passion for raptors.

Minimum age is seven (children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult). - Weather
Please call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the experience is cancelled because of bad weather (strong winds or heavy rain), it can be re-booked for an alternative date. - Duration
Expect to be at the venue for over three hours, starting at 9.45am and finishing around 1pm. Feel free to spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the centre. - Numbers on the Day
A maximum of four participants share the day. - Dress Code
All specialised equipment needed is provided. Country style clothing and stout footwear, along with a camera or binoculars are recommended. - Other Info
