Returns & Cancellation
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs to expedite the process.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund based on your preference.
Incorrect Item Received:
- If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- We will provide instructions for the return process, and upon verification, we will ship the correct item or issue a refund.
Change of Mind:
- We understand that preferences may change. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

- If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Refund Process:
