Get airborne for an exhilarating aerobatic flight in a high performance 152 Aerobat Cessna. Depending on nerves and levels of bravery, the session can be tailored to specific requirements to ensure the best possible flight. After a full flight safety briefing, hop into the craft and take to the air for a thrilling aerial session, where the pilot will push the plane to its limits, performing a series of stall turns, loops and barrel rolls. During the session, take over the controls to experience the rush of piloting a plane first-hand.
- Availability Description
Weekdays (not Mondays or Tuesdays) and weekends at least three times a month. Spring to autumn is the most popular flying season. Book at least four weeks in advance, even earlier for summer weekend dates. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 16. Maximum weight 16 stone. Minimum height 4’11”. If you fit into a standard car seat you should be comfortable in the cockpit. Unsuitable for pregnant women or anyone unable to climb into the open cockpit. - Weather
Aerobatic flying is very weather dependent. It is crucial that you call the venue after 9am on the day of your flight for a weather check before setting out. If your flight is cancelled because of bad weather you’ll be re-booked. - Duration
Chocks-off to chocks-on flight time is 30 minutes and half an hour for briefings, embarking and certificates. - Numbers on the Day
Only you and the pilot will be in the plane. The briefing session may be shared. - Dress Code
Wear flat, soft-soled shoes. Any special clothing and headsets will be provided. Sunglasses are recommended all year round. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. We suggest that you only have a very light meal or don’t eat at all before your flight (a hearty meal beforehand may make you feel nauseous). All aircraft mechanically and structurally conform to CAA requirements.
