  • Participant Guidelines
    Minimum age: 16 years. Maximum weight: 120Kg (19 stone). Unfortunately, pregnant women are not able to take part. No experience or skill is required as long as you have a moderate level of fitness and an adventurous spirit.
  • Dress Code
    Wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting grubby. No scares or flapping clothing. Wear secure footwear such as trainers or walking boots. No open-toe shoes, flip flops or sandals. All jewellery will need to be removed. Treetop Trek reserves the right to refuse admittance should the appropriate clothing not be worn.
