Take on the wild and beautiful rapids together with a hydrospeeding experience for two! Start by getting kitted out with full safety gear and completing a short swim safety test at the Lee Valley White Water Centre, before getting fins on, gripping the hydrospeeds and shooting off down the rushing waves. A cross between a float and a miniature body board, the hydrospeed is light, easy to steer and one of the most enjoyable, high-octane ways to navigate rapids. Not for the faint of heart, but perfect for those who can’t get enough water-based adrenaline.

Min age 12. Under 18s must complete a parental consent form before taking part. Maximum weight 18 stone. All participants should be comfortable in water and able to swim. - Weather
In extreme weather conditions, this activity may need to be postponed. - Duration
Between three and four hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before start time. - Dress Code
Bring swimwear and a towel. Clothes will get wet. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are provided. Wearers of glasses need to either secure them firmly or go without. Contact lenses are OK. - Other Info
