The Athenaeum Spa in Mayfair is a hidden gem in the heart of London. Spend a hour relaxing in the spa’s luxurious hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation space before unwinding with two 30-minute treatments each. Choose from a treatment menu including Drift Away Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, Full Body Exfoliation, Exalt Wrap, Glorious Mud Wrap or Power Facial. Toast the occasion with a chilled glass of prosecco before heading out into the city to enjoy the rest of your day feeling fully restored.

Participant Guidelines Please arrive on time for your experience as any late arrivals can reduce your time to make use of the spa facilities. Pregnant women are not suited to participate due to risk of overheating. Under 18s will not be served alcohol (valid ID may be required as proof of age).
Duration Your spa treatment will last for one-hour. Your use of the spa facilities such as the hot tub, sauna and steam room will last for one hour. Please allow three-hours max for your whole experience.
Dress Code Please bring swimwear.
