Begin with a guided tour of The Bolney Estate, including a tasting session for wines and ciders; their wine was served at Wimbledon and is highly acclaimed, so this is a real treat. Then move on to Bluebell Vineyard, which has won over 35 medals for its sparkling wines, for another tour and tasting session, before a delicious gastropub lunch in a country pub, including a selection of local cheeses.
